Del. Bob Marshall (R., Manassas), candidate for the 2008 GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate, will speak at the 1st Congressional District Republican Convention on Saturday (May 10) at Caroline County High School, 19155 Rogers Clark Blvd., Milford.  The convention is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
