Del. Bob Marshall (R., Manassas), candidate for the 2008 GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate, will appear on the weekly news interview program, "On the Record with Joel Rubin," scheduled to air at 10:30 a.m. Sunday (May 18) on WVEC Television (Channel 13) in Norfolk.

Rubin, a long-time Tidewater Virginia newsman, now is chief executive officer of Rubin Communications Group.

The interview was taped Monday (May 12).
